Thank you for that detailed information and what I can tell you is that when choosing leaf springs, the actual number of leafs isn't the most important thing, the weight rating and center-eye to center-eye measurement is what you need to know. Lights like the LED Clearance or Side Marker Trailer Light w/ Reflector # MCL0032RBB are more or less universal so as long as the light you're wanting to replace on your 2019 Heartland Landmark Newport 5th Wheel measures 2" x 4" overall and only carries 1 function then this is a great option for your application.

Sure thing, though we don't have any way of knowing what equalizer is on any one 5th wheel trailer, so to get the correct upgrade for your Heartland RV 5th wheel you'll need to do a wee bit of measuring. It's pretty simple though, as you'll just want to measure from center to center of the bolt hole, and from the center of the equalizer to the center of the top bolt hole.
